What is “The Joy of Christmas?”
A regional Christmas moment where we worship, pray and glean from God’s desire to step down from heaven and become one of us - GOD WITH US (Emmanuel). This is a gathering open to you and your whole family.
What will the evening look like?
An evening full of passionate worship, prayer and the Word of God. Our local church body will be hosting the gathering and our shepherds, Pastor Ajai and Maureena will be leading our time alongside ELIM Worship.
What if there is inclement weather?
Although there has been serious inclement weather this week, this will not hinder us from celebrating the Joy of Christmas. Instead, we will be moving this gathering to 12/25 at the Midnight Gem in Swisher, IA. Though the date and venue may have changed, the passion and heart for this special gathering has not been altered. We are so excited to end out the Christmas weekend by celebrating and giving honor to the Great Light, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. We pray you can join us Christmas Day as we remember and give thanks for the miraculous, wonder-working love of God which stewarded the birth and life of Jesus. The weather can't put a damper on our JOY!
Who is The Elim Arrival?
The Elim Arrival is the outreach branch of The Well of Iowa based out of North Liberty, Iowa. Our mission is to bring a generation to the REST found in Jesus one life at a time with a heart infused by the passion for REVIVAL.
Why should I attend?
Sometimes we get lost in the busy-ness of the holidays and we forget the beauty and wonder of why it’s such a special time of year. Our prayer is that this evening feels like a personal Christmas Gift to you. A personal moment where you are reminded that you are loved and cherished by the God of all ages.
What time does the event start and end?
The event will begin at 4:00 pm and should be done by 6:30pm.
Is there a cost?
